Alumni weekend 2018 was a success, drawing hundreds of alumni back to Salem for a variety of reunions, traditions, and new events.

The annual Dean's Exemplary Awards are presented to Adam Childers for teaching and Chris Lassiter for service.

Formerly known as Allegheny Hall, the residence hall overlooking Roanoke's Maroon Athletic Quad will be renamed as Beamer Hall later this year. This will mark the first building on Roanoke's campus to be named for a woman. 

The Student Organization and Leadership Awards for the 2017-2018 school year are given in recognition of the leaders and organizations that demonstrate excellence in their fields and disciplines across campus. 

Liam Lambert, a double major in physics and math, is Roanoke's fourth Goldwater. 

The commencement speaker will be Dr. Kenneth P. Ruscio, president of the Virginia Foundation for Independent Colleges.

The third annual Basically Tarantino Film Festival and awards presentation occurred at the Grandin Theatre on Tuesday, April 17th.

Something BIG is happening on Wednesday, April 18th! The entire Roanoke College community is coming together for a 24-hour giving day.

The inaugural Maroon Connections: Alumni Career Fair will take place on Thursday, April 12, the week of alumni weekend, on the main floor of the Colket Center.

Roanoke College is honored to welcome Dr. D. Rae Carpenter, Jr. '49 and Wesley Graves VI '63 back to campus to accept the Roanoke College Medal during the 2018 Alumni Weekend.
