Roanoke College students can earn a master's degree in agricultural and applied economics from Virginia Tech in just one year through our accelerated 4+1 partnership. The advanced degree equips students with in-demand skills in data analytics, economic modeling, econometrics, forecasting, microeconomics and macroeconomics.

Economics graduates with a GPA of 3.25 or higher are guaranteed admission into West Virginia University's master of science in economics. The online program trains students in the high-level work of quantitative economics with the skills to analyze complex policy issues. It also offers a 4+1 track enabling eligible students to complete their advanced degree in one year instead of two.

Students nominated by Roanoke College enjoy guaranteed admission, with a scholarship package for early applicants, from William & Mary's master of accounting program and master of science in business analytics program. Both degree tracks are STEM-designated and committed to delivering a state-of-the-art education in data and analytics.

Boston University's in-person master degree courses are leading-edge programs that can be tailored to the specialty that most inspires you.

Roanoke and Carilion established a partnership to advance educational opportunities and workforce development. The partnership will mobilize public health resources for underserved populations, support the region’s growing network of health care professionals, and build a pipeline for non-clinical health care professionals through innovative internships and technical training.

Roanoke College students who meet the requirements have guaranteed interviews at the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine (VCOM), guaranteed admission to the physical therapy program at the University of Lynchburg, and guaranteed admission to the physical therapy and occupational therapy programs at Mary Baldwin University.

Students who meet GPA and prerequisite requirements can get guaranteed admission into Radford University's competitive master degree program in athletic training. Two seats per year are specifically reserved for Roanoke graduates.

With access to joint advising and student activities, along with a streamlined application process, Rapid Maroons can save time and confidently take the next step in their journey toward a well-rounded and successful future.

Students can dive into two course catalogs for the price of one with our cross-registration agreement with Hollins University. The partnership enables students to take up to two courses per semester at the other institution. No heightened fees apply. That means students can draw on a wider array of classes and the knowledge of two sets of faculty for no additional cost.
